Depending on the size of the tomatoes, you will need to bake them for between 20 – 30 minutes; check them frequently to avoid overcooking.

You can also microwave them by placing the heat setting to high for 15 minutes. You roughly need ten medium ripe tomatoes to make 1 ounce of sun dried tomatoes.

2) Tinned Tomatoes
